Dear Fitness First

Thank you for returning what is rightfully mine. I'm glad na, sa wakas, nakahanap kayo ng matinong empleyado who can actually get the job done. Nagtataka lang ako why this person took less than a week to resolve my issue while your previous employees ay walang ginawa kundi pass the blame around and make lousy excuses to buy time.


Pilitin ko man, gustuhin ko man, hindi ko magawang sabihin na "All's well that ends well." Kasi, hindi naman talaga eh. Sana na lang when something like this happens again wag niyo naman antayin abutin 1 year, 1 wedding, 1 baby, 6 resignations, 2 visas, and a formal complaint threatening to sue your bums off (i try to avoid cursing na kasi). Not that mangyayari uli sa akin yun -- I promised myself na hinding hindi ako aanib sa kahit anong merong phrase na "fitness first."


Let me end this by saying congratulations for nailing it this time sa paghanap ng matinong empleyado. And my sincere thanks sa kanya for knowing what "customer always comes first" means and making sure we get nothing short of that.
